I talk a lot about the old internet on this site. One such thing I loved about classic internet was a guest book – having people leave messages on this site.

I gather you want to learn an impressive magic trick as part of your 50-before-50 list. I do a variation on Derek Dingle's Too Many Cards: it's a variation of an ambitious card routine with some fun twists and a surprising ending, and it can be performed with a borrowed deck and no preparation. It's my go-to trick if somebody hands me a deck of cards and asks for one, and if you've got the basics down and can put the work in then it feels really cool to perform.
