I gather you want to learn an impressive magic trick as part of your 50-before-50 list. I do a variation on Derek Dingle's Too Many Cards: it's a variation of an ambitious card routine with some fun twists and a surprising ending, and it can be performed with a borrowed deck and no preparation. It's my go-to trick if somebody hands me a deck of cards and asks for one, and if you've got the basics down and can put the work in then it feels really cool to perform. Hit me up if you need some pointers; happy to shoot you a video or whatever.
